What local employers have done
Many local employers and organisations, as part of their travel plan, aim to develop a car sharing database for their staff. However, 2CarShare.com is a ready-made solution, freely available to all employers in the Greater Bristol area. Many organisations of all types and sizes are now actively promoting the scheme. A number of those organisations have:
- Held promotional events to raise awareness of car sharing.
- Introduced dedicated car sharing parking spaces.
- Used National Liftshare Day to encourage more car sharing to work.
